A leading consulting firm in the Philippines is seeking an individual to support sales and recruitment for Life Insurance products. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least one year of experience in sales, and strong communication skills. This role requires onsite work in Makati City with a compensation package starting at Php30k, plus performance incentives and commission.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in Life Insurance and Sales.
• Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines when needed.
• LOMA courses preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in sales activities for individual products to help drive revenue growth.
• Support recruitment activities for individual products.

Good written and oral communication

Negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Applications
