Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Client Servicing Specialist for a 12-month contractual role onsite. You will respond to client inquiries on property and casualty insurance accounts and provide updates on policy status and requests.

Responsibilities include coordinating policy renewals, processing endorsements, supporting claims, and maintaining organized account records while ensuring clear communication with clients, insurers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty (Non-Life) insurance.
• Strong customer service and client coordination skills.
• Able to handle policy renewals, endorsements, and basic claims concerns.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries on property and casualty insurance accounts.
• Provide updates on policy status, coverage, and pending requests.
• Maintain relationships with clients through reliable follow-through.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate policy renewals with insurers and process endorsements.
• Gather and check documents before submission to insurers.
• Follow up with insurers and internal teams until requests are completed.
• Coordinate basic claims support and guide clients on required documents.
• Keep clients updated on claim progress.
• Manage multiple accounts with accurate, organized records.
• Communicate clearly with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
• Monitor policy expiry dates and endorse upcoming renewals to the proper team.
