Job summary

Liberty Insurance Corporation is seeking an Account Officer to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. This full-time, on-site role is based in Makati City, serving clients nationwide.

You will maintain strong client relationships, cross-sell insurance products, source new leads, and prepare tailored proposals. The position also involves processing applications, assisting with claims, and staying updated on regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an insurance sales or account management role.
• Familiarity with insurance products and regulations in the Philippine market.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and they receive exceptional customer service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients.
• Source and secure new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities.
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist clients with claims processing and guide policy terms and conditions.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations, products, and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with the wider insurance team to share best practices and support business growth.
• Knowledgeable in handling Travel, Motor, Fire, and Engineering Insurance, as well as Bonds and Brokers' accounts, is a plus.
