Job summary

HRTx Inc in Philippines is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Team Leader to guide a team of advisors toward hitting sales, productivity, and customer service targets. You will develop strategies, monitor metrics, and ensure compliance while expanding the client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in insurance sales or related leadership roles, strong coaching and people management skills, and outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of insurance products, sales practices, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements; relevant insurance licenses or certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of insurance advisors, ensuring consistent achievement of sales, productivity, and customer service targets.
• Drive business growth by implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new advisors to build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant sales team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all sales and servicing activities.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders by delivering quality financial protection solutions and resolving escalated customer concerns.
