In this role, you will work toward monthly targets, provide post-sales support, and stay updated on product and compliance changes while attending training sessions and meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Client's insurance products including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Conduct needs-based assessments to understand client requirements and offer suitable insurance plans.
• Explain policy features, coverage options, premiums, and benefits to prospective clients.
• Assist clients with the application process and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide post-sales support including policy servicing, claims assistance, and renewals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements.
• Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and workshops as required.
