Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati City is seeking a Client Servicing Specialist for a 12-month contractual role. You will respond to client inquiries on property and casualty insurance accounts, manage policy renewals, endorsements, and basic claims concerns, and ensure accurate record-keeping across multiple accounts.

The position is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, with MS Office proficiency and strong customer service and coordination skills essential for success.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

• Respond to client inquiries on property and casualty insurance accounts
• Provide clear updates on policy status, coverage, and pending requests
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients through reliable follow-through
• Handle client concerns professionally and escape complex issues to the right people

Policy & Endorsement Coordination

• Coordinate policy renewals with insurers and make sure they are completed on time
• Process endorsement requests, such as changes in coverage, insured details, or policy terms
• Gather and check documents and requirements before submitting them to insurers
• Follow up with insurers and internal teams until each request is completed

Claims Support

• Handle basic claims concerns and guide clients on the documents and steps they need
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to help move claims along
• Keep clients updated on claim progress
• Account Management & Records
• Manage multiple accounts at once while keeping records accurate and well organized
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and internal teams
• Monitor policy expiry dates and endorse upcoming renewals to the proper team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any of the following or a related field: Business Administration (Management, Marketing, or Operations Management)
• Management or Entrepreneurship, Accountancy, Finance, or Economics, Legal Management
• At least 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty (Non-Life) insurance
• Strong customer service and client coordination skills
• Able to handle policy renewals, endorsements, and basic claims concerns
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Comfortable communicating with clients, insurers, and internal teams
• Proficient in MS Office
