Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking driven Licensed Financial Advisors specializing in Life Insurance to join our Metro Manila team. This on-site role welcomes hybrid/remote options and focuses on helping clients secure their financial future through comprehensive life insurance and financial protection solutions.

You will assess clients, present suitable plans, educate on wealth protection and retirement planning, and build lasting relationships while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Financial Advisor in the Philippines (Insurance Commission licensed).
• Experience in life insurance sales or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined.
• College graduate preferred but licensing eligibility can override.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and risk profile
• Present and recommend suitable life insurance and financial protection plans
• Educate clients on wealth protection, income replacement, retirement planning, and estate planning
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Provide after-sales service and policy reviews
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Participate in company trainings, workshops, and team meetings
