Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure network reliability and service continuity.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devices.
• Perform system updates, hardware upgrades, security patching, and network configuration management.
• Respond to network incidents and security threats while ensuring compliance with incident response procedures.
• Document, prioritize, track, and report network incidents, performance metrics, and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate network records, tenant information, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to support network operations and service delivery.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and enhancement of network services and infrastructure.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize NOC operations and client service.
• Participate in company meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
