Job summary

Procter & Gamble is hiring an IT Network Engineer L2 in Taguig City, Manila NOC hub. You will help protect the reliability of P&G’s network infrastructure through incident and change management, event management and continuous process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in IT operations, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and Cisco networking knowledge. It offers a 24x7 shift and opportunities to mentor others within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in IT.
• Preferred network certifications (CCNA/CCNP).
• Minimum 3 years in IT Service Management or IT Operations with ITIL/PCI/SOC exposure.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Support 24x7x365 NOC operations to restore services quickly.
• Participate in Incident, Change, and Event management processes.
• Lead or participate in Crisis calls and drive solutions with multiple teams.
• Implement changes for LAN/WAN, security and cloud connectivity.
• Mentor junior engineers and document knowledge for the team.
