Job summary

Vestas Manila hosts the Network Operations Centre, a 24x7 IT operation dedicated to monitoring the health and performance of global services. You will track incidents, maintain logs, and generate performance reports while ensuring high availability and rapid escalation when needed.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT service desks or NOC, with knowledge of networks, hardware, OS, and AD. Strong English communication and willingness to work shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service roles such as Service Desk, NOC or technical operations.
• Knowledge of IT systems including network, hardware, OS, database and apps.
• Experience with Active Directory and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a 24x7 IT operation team delivering uptime and support.
• Monitor performance and availability of global IT services including voice/data networks.
• Triage, track and resolve tickets; escalate when needed.
• Maintain outage and shift logs and provide performance reports.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email or ticketing system with accuracy.
• Identify issues, use diagnostics, and contribute to knowledge base.
• Support tool usage and participate in NOC projects and initiatives.
