Morgan McKinley invites applications for an Associate Support Engineer (NOC) to join our mission-critical network operations team in Manila. You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and H3C hardware, and help keep global connections alive by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering or IT, with CCNA/JNCIA or equivalent certs, and a track record with network technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• CCNA and/or JNCIA or equivalent networking certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network health metrics and detect anomalies before they affect end users.
• Own end-to-end incident resolution across Ethernet, routing, switching, and hardware faults.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to meet SLAs and craft SOPs/MOPs.
