Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst to configure and build customer-specific solutions on a no-code platform from a remote workspace. You will craft workflows, layouts, forms, databases, dashboards, and AI agents while converting business needs into scalable technical solutions.

The role emphasizes translating requirements into platform configurations, aligning with design standards, and supporting SaaS-style workflow delivery. Remote, shifting schedule with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Experience or training supporting technical products including APIs and light coding (e.g., JavaScript).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Configure and build customer-specific solutions within the no-code platform.
Create workflows, matter layouts and fields, intake forms, databases, dashboards, AI agents, and other platform components.
Translate documented business requirements into scalable, functional solutions.
Interpret legal operations workflows and implement them effectively within the platform.
