MicroSourcing is seeking a Workflow Automation Specialist to design and implement customer-specific solutions on a no-code platform. You will build workflows, forms, databases, dashboards, and AI agents, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

This remote role offers shifting schedules, competitive rewards, healthcare from day one, and opportunities to grow with a global leader in managed services in the Philippines.

Competenze

• Non-negotiable: Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Non-negotiable: experience or training with APIs and light coding (e.g., JavaScript).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Mansioni

• Configure and build customer-specific solutions within the no-code platform.
• Create workflows, matter layouts and fields, intake forms, databases, dashboards, AI agents, and other platform components.
• Translate documented business requirements into scalable, functional solutions.
• Interpret legal operations workflows and implement them effectively within the platform.
• Ensure all platform configurations align with established design standards and best practices.
