Job summary

MicroSourcing in Philippines is seeking a Coaching Assistant to support Coaches during Zoom sessions with children. The role includes recording attendance, tracking points, taking notes, and sharing assets such as slides, games, and music to keep sessions engaging.

The position requires strong English communication and reliability; onsite work in Eastwood, QC with night shifts. Open to undergraduates or recent graduates seeking initial customer service exposure.

Qualifications

• 0 - 1 year and 6 months customer service experience; fresh graduates acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Preferred: knowledge of Zoom and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to report onsite as needed.
• Capability to make sound decisions in urgent situations.
• Open to undergraduates and senior high students.
• Reliable, highly responsive and confident.
• Proactive and able to respond promptly.
• Strong organisational and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and support Coaches.

Responsibilities

• Assist Coaches in facilitating smooth Zoom sessions with children.
• Record attendance and track points earned by children.
• Take detailed notes on significant events and discussions.
• Share session assets (slides, games, music, activities) with children.
• Roster creation, record skip sessions, rescheduling and other client tasks.
• Observe behaviour of Coaches and children and report red flags.
• Log verbal or chat-related concerns during sessions.
