Job summary

Aprio in the Philippines seeks a Learning Production Specialist to deliver high-quality virtual learning experiences. You will act as the technical producer for programs via Zoom, Teams, and Conferences.io, ensuring sessions are engaging, technically sound, and user-friendly.

In addition, you will coordinate session logistics, dry runs, and production readiness with instructors and Learning Experience Designers, while supporting LMS updates and NASBA compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

2+ years experience supporting virtual training delivery and learning logistics through Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars Plus.
2+ years experience coordinating schedules, calendars, deadlines, materials, or logistics for training programs, meetings, events, or similar team-based activities.
2+ years experience working in a professional services environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Preferred).
Amenable to night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) and onsite at One Ayala, Makati.

Responsibilities

Serve as a virtual training producer through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Conferences.io to ensure programs are engaging and technically sound.
Support virtual production with announcements, polls, slides, chat, breakout rooms, Q&A, and attendee assistance.
Advise on using webinars vs meetings for training and configure Zoom sessions with appropriate settings.
Set up and manage all sessions in Zoom, including polls and calendar management.
Coordinate with instructors and Learning Experience Designers for dry runs and technical checks.
Review course materials for production readiness and add evaluation links.
Support scheduling, logistics, communications, and learner updates in LCvista or Workday.
Assist with course coordination, CPE compliance, and NASBA guidelines.
