Job summary

Cisive Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Verifications Specialist to support daily lead adjudication and inventory management under FCRA guidelines. You will review disclosures, close cases, and maintain accurate case notes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 2–3 years experience is a plus. Strong English, Excel, Word, and Internet skills are essential. This role is hybrid in Quezon City with a night-shift schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and release leads to clients using FCRA knowledge and Cisive policy.
• Ensure lead reporting is accurate and notes are clear.
• Assist in the dispute process as needed by management.
• Note missing requirements in internal case notes.
• Ensure processes meet applicable federal guidelines.
• Review work produced by vendors for accuracy.
