Job summary

Cisive Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Verifications Specialist to manage daily inventory by closing leads in line with FCRA guidelines and client specifications, with a hybrid setup in Quezon City and a night-shift schedule.

You will review disclosures, ensure accurate lead reporting, and coordinate with partners to address missing documents while maintaining confidentiality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 2–3 years experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course, preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent MS Word, Excel and Internet skills.
• Strong time management skills, the ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to partner effectively with a variety of business partners.

Responsibilities

• Review and release leads to clients using knowledge of FCRA, client matrices, and Cisive policy.
• Review disclosures if applicable and apply advanced FCRA knowledge.
• Note missing requirements in internal case notes if any documents are missing.
• Ensures processes meet applicable Federal guidelines and requirements.
• Review work produced by vendors and support team to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and exhibit reliable attendance in accordance with organizational and departmental policies.
• Proactively address inventory levels on a daily basis through coordination and communication with leadership.
