Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Taguig is seeking an Onboarding and Training Lead for the night shift (11 PM – 8 AM). This full-time, on-site role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in contact center environments (B2B/SaaS).

You will design and deliver onboarding programs, provide performance support, and drive process improvements. Collaboration with stakeholders and tracking KPIs are essential. Day-one HMO and 13th-month pay are part of benefits; night differential applies for US shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Excellent English communication
• 5 years+ contact center (B2B/SaaS)
• 3+ years tenure in Training
• Background in onboarding sales or customer-facing teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking training effectiveness and KPIs
• Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and audiences
• 3–5 years of experience in training, onboarding, learning & development, or related roles
