Job summary

Select VoiceCom Cebu is seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide Tier I desktop and server support, deploying, maintaining, and resolving technical problems. The role focuses on supporting desktop environments and assigned server duties, with night shift schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Windows 10 experience, strong communication, and teamwork, and is willing to work on-site during night shifts and weekends; ConnectWise PSA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Windows 10 operating systems.
• Experience with remote support software.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, listening, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Energetic, self-motivated team player.
• Ability to interact with clients professionally.
• Willing to work on-site and during nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary support for desktop related issues.
• Deliver customer service excellence each day.
• Troubleshoots computer systems.
• Performs virus and malware removal.
• Maintains a secure computer environment.
• Supports clients by addressing problems and needs promptly.
• Documents user and system issues in ConnectWise PSA and follows through until resolution.
• Performs other related duties to support company objectives.
