Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook.
• Perform onboarding, equipment deployment, and workstation setup.
• Maintain ticketing records and adherence to SLAs.
