Job summary

General Motors Company Philippines is seeking a Systems Analyst for a hybrid night-shift role (8:00 PM–5:00 PM local). You will analyze, configure, test, and support dealership forms within the Digital Retail Platform (DRP) and related systems.

You will process form requests, validate requirements, and maintain reports. Strong QA, UAT, data skills, and collaboration with vendors and teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; practical experience accepted
• Experience in systems analysis, form configuration, data reporting
• Ability to gather, cleanse, transform, and reconcile data for BI

Responsibilities

• Process dealership form submissions through DRP platforms
• Create and update Jira tickets and project artifacts
• Perform QA checks, UAT, and support production releases
• Develop operational reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Translate requirements into configured digital forms and workflows
