Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to own the end-to-end DRP Forms lifecycle, including intake, digitization, testing, and deployment. You will build reliable data pipelines, dashboards, and QA processes, coordinating with RIM, DRP teams, and vendors to ensure compliant, auditable forms operations.

The role requires 5–8 years in data engineering/BI, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with Power BI; night-shift to align with PH operations is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in data engineering, data integration, BI, or related discipline.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python and reporting.
• Gathers, transforms, and reconciles data from multiple sources for dashboards and analysis.
• Willingness to work night shift in PH and coordinate with multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intake and configuration of DRP Forms and related workflows.
• Coordinate with DRP Implementation, RIM, QA, and vendor teams to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and analytic datasets using Power BI.
• Validate data quality, governance, and reconciliation across sources for reporting.
• Support UAT readiness and post-go-live activities with stakeholders.
