Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking a Systems Analyst for a hybrid role on the night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 PM PH). The role involves hands-on analysis, configuring digital forms in the DRP, QA, and supporting production releases while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendor partners.

You will translate business requirements into configured workflows, manage test evidence, and build operational reports using Power BI and Jira. 3 days per week in-office as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years in systems analysis, form configuration, data reporting, QA, or related discipline.
• Experience with digital forms, workflows, and production implementations.
• Ability to review requirements and translate them into configured solutions.
• Experience creating reports and BI outputs using Power BI, Excel, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Process dealership form submissions through D360 and intake channels.
• Break bulk PDFs into forms, apply naming conventions, and remove sensitive data.
• Follow GM security, privacy, and handling requirements.
• Create and update Jira tickets and documentation for work items.
• Review forms for completeness, licensing, and rights-to-use.
• Translate requirements into digital forms, workflows, and configurations.
• Perform pre-production validation and UAT support for releases.
