Job summary

General Motors Philippines seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to lead the end-to-end DRP Forms lifecycle, including intake, digitization, testing, and deployment. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and scalable form delivery for dealership operations.

The role emphasizes building operational reporting, automating data delivery, and sustaining DRP Forms with Power BI and related tools on a hybrid night-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data analytics, statistics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years in data engineering, data integration, BI, reporting, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting digital forms, workflow apps, QA, UAT, releases, and production implementations.
• Ability to transform data from multiple sources into reliable reporting datasets.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, CSV, APIs and data mapping for integrations.
• SQL, Python, Power Query, and data-processing skills; translate complex tech into clear requirements.
• Strong project and service-delivery skills; manage intake, prioritization, planning, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intake, digitization, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of dealership forms.
• Process form submissions, identify priority forms, and handle restricted information with test data.
• Create and manage Jira tickets and coordinate with DRP Implementation, RIM, and QA teams.
• Verify form completeness, ownership, licensing, and compliance before deployment.
• Translate requirements into configured digital forms and workflows using DRP tools.
• Support pre-production validation and go-live readiness, including QA and UAT readiness.
• Build stage reports and dashboards using Power BI, Jira, and D360; maintain documentation.
