Job summary

GM Philippines Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to perform hands-on analysis, configuration, testing, and operational support for dealership forms within the Digital Retail Platform (DRP).

The role processes form requests, validates requirements, configures digital forms and workflows, and supports QA, UAT, and production releases. The position collaborates with business, implementation, verification, engineering, QA, and vendor partners, escalates complex issues, and ensures compliance with GM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of systems analysis, configuration, QA, or data reporting experience.
• Experience with digital forms, workflow apps, QA, UAT, and production implementations.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear tickets and documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 PM PH).

Responsibilities

• Process dealership form submissions through DRP and approved intake channels.
• Break bulk PDFs into individual forms and apply naming conventions.
• Follow GM security, privacy, and handling requirements.
• Create and update Jira tickets and project documentation.
• Review forms for ownership, licensing, and compliance.
• Translate requirements into configured digital forms and workflows.
• Perform pre-production validation and QA checks on forms and outputs.
• Support form migration to production and post go‑live issue tracking.
• Build and maintain operational reporting using Power BI, Jira, and D360.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related field
