Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process dealership form submissions through D360 and intake channels.
• Break bulk PDFs into individual forms and remove sensitive data.
• Follow device, security, privacy, and handling requirements.
• Create and update Jira tickets, actions, dependencies, and defects.
• Review forms for completeness, ownership, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business requirements into configured digital forms and workflows.
• Perform pre-production validation of forms and attributes.
• Prepare test materials for user acceptance testing.
