Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a role based in Taguig, Philippines. Initial 2-3 months on full onsite for training, followed by hybrid work arrangement at Mckinley, Taguig.

Qualifications

• College Graduate (Accounting course non-negotiable).
• CPA preferred, but Non-CPA acceptable.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP etc.).
• Good with data manipulation (large datasets).
• Strong accounting fundamentals: journal entries, balance sheet, GL, reconciliations, financial reporting, invoicing, accruals, close processes, financial analysis.
• Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.
• Handle large data sets and perform financial data manipulation and analysis.
• Prepare financial statements and other financial reports.
