Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist in Mandaluyong for onsite work with a 6-month transition to hybrid (3x2 WFH). Night shift is required, with duties centered on month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, treasury, and audit support.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting or audit experience and strong Excel/ERP skills (Sage Intacct preferred; NetSuite/SAP acceptable). Salary is ₱60,000–₱70,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting or audit experience.
• Expertise in GAAP, multi-entity, and multi-currency operations.
• Advanced MS Excel and ERP proficiency (Sage Intacct preferred, or NetSuite/SAP/Sage).
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, treasury transfers and audits.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close & Reconciliations: participate in close and reconciliations.
• Reporting & Analysis: analyze issues and present solutions.
• Treasury & Compliance: process treasury activities and intercompany transfers.
• Audit & Controls Support: assist in month-end closing and audits.
