Job summary

Qualifications

• Work hours from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am PST (Mon – Fri) at Manila office; possible overtime & weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine and non-routine matters.
• Resolve more complex client situations by applying knowledge.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet client SLAs.
• Prepare SOPs / process transitions.
• Interact with customers and first line management.
• Take escalated calls from providers/callers.
• Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve milestones.
