Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Platform Administrator to own and support Salesforce across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. You will partner with the business on data, reporting, and improvements while keeping the platform stable, secure, and enhanced with internal capability.

This is a night-shift, full-time, work-from-home role based in the Philippines. You will build automation, monitor data hygiene, and drive releases with Salesforce sandboxes and ADO backlog

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Salesforce admin and familiarity with delivery roles.
• Strong Flow skills and strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model basics.
• Production experience with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Familiarity with integrations (APIs or middleware coordination) and data movement concepts.
• Experience deploying changes from sandbox to production using a repeatable approach.

Responsibilities

• Own platform administration and ownership.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing, and security model.
• Maintain sandboxes, deployments, and release processes.
• Monitor performance, data hygiene, and access controls to keep platform healthy.
• Build automation using Flow, validation rules, assignment rules, approvals, and record types.
• Configure Service Cloud case management: queues, routing, SLAs, Knowledge.
• Support Sales Cloud processes: lead flow, opportunity stages, pipeline hygiene, forecasting.
• Provide Apex and Lightning Web Components support when required.
• Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; manage backlog in Azure DevOps.
• Produce admin runbooks and training materials.
