Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a small team and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee daily activities, optimize processes, and collaborate with Account Managers and Operations teams to ensure accurate, timely execution.

You will coach coordinators, set clear KPIs, and analyze data using Salesforce and Office tools to deliver actionable insights, while maintaining a strong customer service orientation and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role.
• Experience leading a team of three or more employees.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce and Oracle EBS preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Sales Operations team and ensure efficient resource use.
• Drive process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Use reporting platforms to analyze trends and inform decision making with data insights.
• Be the primary contact for communication with Account Managers and Operations teams.
• Maintain discipline to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
