Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support internal Sales Teams and Account Managers within the Go To Market Partnership Center. This hybrid role requires monthly office visits and night shift coordination to ensure accurate lead-to-order management.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years in sales support, strong Excel skills, and experience with CRM systems. You will collaborate across Finance, Contracts, and Sales to drive timely pricing, project setup, and pipeline

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2–3 years experience in sales support or customer service preferred.
Strong Excel knowledge required.
Experience with CRM systems (SFDC or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with monthly office visits.

Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce opportunities from Pipeline to Close, update stages, forecast, and pricing documents.
Prepare templates for Statements of Work and initial contract submissions.
Coordinate PSA platform activities including resource hours and budgets.
Attend pipeline calls and update Salesforce and PSA post-meeting.
Coordinate across Business Leads, Contracting, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth opportunities flow.
Maintain up-to-date document repository and support ad-hoc projects.
