Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Supply Support Associate to assist Clinical Supply Operations in receipt, packaging, labeling, warehousing, distribution and logistics of clinical supplies. You will also help with document management, metrics, and cross-time-zone coverage across global teams.

The role requires familiarity with GMP/GCP environments, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate across time zones to ensure compliant and timely P/L/D activities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in supply chain, scientific, computer science or business field with at least 2 years experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or supply chain management.
• Knowledge and experience working in GMP/GCP environments.
• Adaptable to non-standard work schedule or environment requirements.
• May require attendance across time zones and occasional after-hours support on software release dates.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of operational strategies for effective P/L/D execution.
• Execute P/L/D operations ensuring quality, regulatory compliance and customer service.
• Apply project management to plan, implement, and assess risks with minimal impact on P/L/D outcomes.
• Leverage supply chain knowledge to enable efficient P/L/D operations and timely reconciliation of incoming goods.
• Maintain systems and documentation for P/L/D operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders (OSLs, CSO Planners, Label Operations) to support P/L/D operations.
