Job summary

TigerUX in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Supervisor to coach and mentor Sales Assistants, monitor daily activities, and ensure quality and productivity across inbound/outbound sales. You will conduct performance reviews and support onboarding, while handling client inquiries and job postings with a strong focus on CRM accuracy and process improvements.

The role emphasizes leading by example in sales communication, driving KPIs, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or High School diploma with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and the ability to demonstrate effective call handling live.
• Proven ability to excel in high-volume, high-pressure calls and coach teams to achieve the same.
• 3+ years in contact center/customer care, with direct exposure to US night-shift operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role managing team quality, CRM accuracy, and workflows.
• Strong coaching mindset with a track record of improving sales or customer support performance through team development.
• Experience building processes and systems for growing teams (e.g., call scripts, QA checklists, escalation paths).
• Strong persuasion and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and scale larger teams.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Sales Assistants to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor daily activities (calls, follow-ups, CRM) to ensure quality and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support onboarding/training.
• Handle inbound/outbound sales activities and support client inquiries and job postings.
• Lead by example in sales communication and client management.
• Oversee call quality, CRM accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive results.
• Track KPIs (calls, conversions, pipeline progress).
• Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely, professional client communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts.
• Support day-to-day sales operations, documentation, and task management.
• Ensure organized records and compliance with company processes.
