You will manage leads, document client details for job creation, and maintain up-to-date CRM records, ensuring smooth interactions with US-based clients.

The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in contact center or SaaS sales, and a proven ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced startup environment. Night shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with strong English communication.
• Proven ability to conduct outbound calls and manage live conversations.
• Track record of meeting KPIs in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to acquire new accounts.
• Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through the funnel.
• Gather and document client information required for job creation.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
• Track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups consistently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients.
• Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameters.
