Responsibilities include maintaining pipelines, coordinating interviews, ensuring timely communications, and compiling reports on engagement and compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome, and modern tools like ATS, Google Workspace, and Slack are used daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of sourcing on social media and job boards is preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive follow-up and time management to meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
• Empathetic in candidate interactions and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates against job qualifications and role expectations.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for urgent and future hires.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely attendance.
• Track assessments and required documents in ATS.
• Keep ATS records accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate regularly with candidates and respond professionally.
• Be main contact for candidate inquiries and onboarding steps.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on timelines.
• Prepare reports on candidate engagement and pipeline status.
• Identify sourcing and compliance improvements and propose solutions.
