Qualifications

• Ability to create reports from ATS data and interpret results.
• Familiarity with web-based job boards and sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to source candidates and identify passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting support for client locations.
• Create job ads and talent attraction strategies.
• Report recruitment results and KPIs as needed.
• Gather hiring requirements from hiring managers.
• Manage and track all requisitions and candidate activity.
• Extend offers and negotiate when applicable.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Research markets to drive sourcing strategies for current or upcoming roles.
