Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Pasig City (On-site) is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist with strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience to support financial administration and administrative duties, ensuring accuracy in daily operations.

You will manage bank connections, chart of accounts, data entry, and monthly reporting, collaborating with clients and internal teams. A Bachelor's in Accounting and QBO familiarity are required, with 3–6 years of hands-on experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles (P/L, balance sheets) is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.
• QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Link and maintain bank accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Manage and maintain an accurate chart of accounts.
• Categorise and record financial transactions in QBO.
• Reconcile QBO transactions with bank and credit card accounts.
• Enter, update, and organise financial data accurately.
• Prepare and send monthly management reports to clients.
• Review P&L statements and balance sheets for accuracy.
