iOPEX Technologies is hiring a QA Specialist to help improve the quality systems through internal audits and process improvements. You will interact with key partners to obtain constructive feedback and ensure compliance with client auditing processes.

The role focuses on supporting operations with quality reports and trend analysis, while serving as the primary QA contact in a fast-paced BPO environment. Night shift availability is required at our Taguig location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Quality Specialist in a BPO setup.
• Willingness to work predominantly night/shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for QA queries.
• Confirm and manage compliance with client auditing processes.
• Prepare reports and interact with Operations regarding quality improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends to support quality documentation.
