iOPEX Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Lead/Supervisor to drive QA strategy, mentor a team of QA engineers, and lead audits to ensure top-quality products. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will mentor staff, develop QA documentation, and stay current with industry best practices while managing QA resources and budgets. Onsite night shift at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Team Lead in a BPO setup.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable in performance data management and analysis.
• Six Sigma experience/certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to teach and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA strategies and processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Conduct regular audits and create detailed reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure products meet high standards of quality and reliability.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.
• Provide feedback to the development team.
• Create and maintain QA documentation.
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
• Manage QA resources and budgets.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to product quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Monitor and report on key QA metrics.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the QA team.
• Support the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product management to define quality goals and objectives.
