Job summary

RC Low Human Resource Consultancy OPC is seeking a Quality Analyst (QA) for our Pasig City-based BPO team. The role focuses on ensuring service quality across customer interactions and supporting ongoing agent performance improvements.

You will monitor calls, chats, and emails, score performance with QA scorecards, and provide feedback and coaching while identifying errors and process gaps to boost customer experience. Night shift and onsite work in Pasig are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as QA in a BPO setting.
• Open to undergraduate candidates.
• Experience in voice accounts preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and emails.
• Score agent performance using QA scorecards.
• Provide feedback and coaching support.
• Identify errors, trends, and process gaps.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support Operations in improving customer experience.
• Prepare basic QA reports.
