Job summary

iOPEX Tech is seeking a Hygiene and Compliance Check Specialist to join our Compliance & Risk team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on maintaining hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards within the banking sector.

You will conduct audits, document findings, and implement corrective actions on-site. You will train staff, liaise with department heads, and monitor the effectiveness of actions, with night-shift schedules at Bonifacio Global City.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in compliance auditing, hygiene inspections, or risk management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformances and potential risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise compliance reports.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance check cycles simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend practical and effective corrective actions.
• Must be willing to work on a pre-dominantly night/shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and scheduled hygiene and compliance audits across all operational facilities and departments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive hygiene and compliance check protocols aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Document findings from inspections, including observations, non-conformances, and areas of concern.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports with recommendations for remedial actions and improvements.
• Liaise with department heads and operational managers to address identified compliance gaps and hygiene deficiencies.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions and follow-up measures.
• Maintain accurate records of all compliance checks, audits, and corrective actions taken.
• Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes, industry standards, and compliance requirements within the banking and financial services sector.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on hygiene standards and compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes and regulatory inspections.
