Job summary

United CZ Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer (Night Shift) to monitor production quality, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, and address quality issues during night operations. You will supervise inspections, verify CCPs, and document results to support audits and continuous improvement within production teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least one year of QA experience, and the ability to work independently on night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with quality inspections, product sampling, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams.
• Willing and physically able to work the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, production areas, and finished products.
• Enforce GMP, sanitation, hygiene, and HACCP requirements.
• Verify critical control points and accurately document monitoring results.
• Identify, report, and address product or process nonconformities.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with production personnel.
• Perform product sampling and required quality tests.
• Review production, sanitation, and quality assurance records.
• Support internal audits, investigations, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and endorse night-shift quality reports to the incoming team.
