Job summary

Sunny and Scramble Corporation in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a QA Specialist to monitor and verify the quality and safety of warehouse and production processes on a daily basis. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field, with 6 months to 1 year of QC/QA experience, and is willing to work night shifts from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities include inspection, documentation, root cause analysis, and updates to QA

Qualifications

• Exposure to QA activities such as inspection, verification, training and root cause analysis.
• At least 6 months to 1 year working experience in quality control/assurance or related technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Performs checking, inspection and verification on the daily warehouse operations for quality and food safety.
• Conducts daily verification of processes inside production area of warehouse.
• Monitors disposal of finished products recommended for condemnation/spoilage.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and regulations.
• Keeps up to date with current methods in food processing and warehousing; discusses with QA superiors.
• Escalates and documents concerns and non-compliance to superiors.
• Performs sensory evaluation of products in storage and finished goods.
• Willing to work night shift and Monday to Saturday.
