Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. in Mexico, Pampanga seeks a QA Supervisor to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Lead QA Specialists and QC Officers, coordinate with production, and maintain GMP standards.

You will oversee testing, document control, and continuous improvement of processes, while staying current with food processing technologies and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a science-related field.
• 2–3 years of QA Specialist experience required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of FDA transactions and other third-party agency transactions.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with third-party audits (Food Safety/Halal/FDA).
• Excellent data collection and analytical skills.
• PRC license preferred.
• Willing to work shifts, 6 days a week, in Mexico, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Keeps updated with current technology in food processing.
• Manages QA Specialists and Quality Control Officers.
• Reports significant processing incidents to the Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures that all products manufactured meet the required quality standards.




• Reviews and updates the set of standards to ensure good quality of products.




• Conducts troubleshooting during processing in case specifications go out of control.




• Ensures that analysis procedures in place are properly and consistently followed.




• Ensures the availability of resources needed for analysis.




• Ensures that GMP is properly implemented.




• Coordinates with the Production Supervisor to ensure a clean working environment.




• Checks the preparation of documents related to quality.




• Keeps updated with current technology related to food processing.




• Manages both QA Specialists and Quality Control Officers.




• Reports significant instances occurring during processing to the Manager.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a science-related course.




• Must have at least 2–3 years of experience as a QA Specialist.




• Must have at least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory position.




• Knowledgeable in FDA transactions and other third-party agency transactions.




• Good leadership skills.




• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.




• With experience in third-party audits (Food Safety/Halal/FDA).




• Excellent data collection and analytical skills.




• Preferably with PRC license.




• Willing to work on shifts, 6 days a week.




• Willing to work in Mexico, Pampanga.
