Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Logistics & Operations Administrator to join on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City, working the night shift. You will handle manufacturing and repair work orders, quotes, PO processing, and cost tracking, while maintaining training records and supporting New Product Introduction.

You will also manage invoicing, stock movements, and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Strong MS Office skills and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination skills across time zones.
• High attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross‑cultural stakeholders.
• Experience supporting logistics, scheduling, or service delivery.
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate records.
• Problem‑solving mindset with proactive issue escalation.
• Capable of autonomous work while supporting dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce and process manufacturing and repair work orders.
• Maintain training records and matrix; prepare quotations.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and job cost tracking.
• Assist New Product Introduction administration.
• Create commercial invoices and manage stocktake records.
• Ensure timely shipping documents and accurate stock transactions.
• Create and maintain reports to measure efficiency and compliance.
• Lead by example, delivering on promises and accountability.
