Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Data Analyst to partner with vendors and internal teams in a fast-paced office setting in Pampanga (Angeles). The role emphasizes data-driven decision making across inventory, ETA forecasting, pricing, and quote analytics.

Responsibilities include analyzing demand, maintaining reorder points, monitoring pricing, and supporting purchasing during high volumes, with weekly and monthly reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication with vendors, customers, and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in outsourcing/BPO environments.
• Excellent written and conversational English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales velocity, product movement, and historical demand trends.
• Recommend reorder quantities and optimal purchasing timing.
• Maintain Min/Max inventory levels and reorder points.
• Identify overstock, slow-moving items, and stockout risks.
• Assign and track ETAs for purchase orders; assess lead times.
• Support pricing reviews; analyze margin, quotes, and market position.
• Track quote activity and analyze win rates by product category.
• Assist with PO creation during peak periods and prevent backlog.
• Prepare weekly inventory and purchasing performance reports; provide insights.
