Job summary

INTELASSIST INC. is seeking a Project Coordinator to bridge clients and internal teams. The role focuses on gathering project data, coordinating site visits, and maintaining records in Monday.com while ensuring timely communication via email and phone.

This position offers a two-week onsite onboarding before transitioning to fully remote work. You will join a team that values precise data handling and strong customer service during night shifts in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
Proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, email, etc.)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, RingCentral) is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate the collection of project data from clients, including building appraisals, property drawings, and other required documentation
Organize and track all incoming project information to ensure completeness
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and internal teams
Communicate with clients primarily via email and occasionally via phone
Follow up with clients to obtain missing or incomplete data
Maintain accurate records and updates within project management systems (e.g., Monday.com)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
