Job summary

The role requires strong Excel/ERP skills, a background in supply chain or manufacturing planning, and the ability to analyze bottlenecks, update MCD dates, and communicate changes to OM Planners and production supervisors.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Business Administration Courses/ Engineering Courses or with Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: Two to three (2-3) years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that reflect capacity, demand, and resource constraints.
• Monitor real‑time production progress and adjust plans to address bottlenecks or delays.
• Balance workload across workstations to prevent over‑ or under‑utilization.
• Communicate schedule changes and priorities to Production supervisors and OM Planners promptly.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability aligns with the schedule.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of scheduling software and tools, providing training as needed.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align production plans with sales forecasts and project timelines.
• Maintain documentation of scheduling decisions, assumptions, and change logs.
