Formación

• 3–7 years hands-on machining experience.
• Leadership or associate training experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication to coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and management.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule daily work orders and prioritize tasks for machinists.
• Direct, train, and coach operators; monitor attendance and productivity.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy; enforce SOPs; reduce defects.
• Enforce safety rules, PPE use, and OSHA guidelines.
• Monitor machine performance; schedule maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
